Using biomechanics and Alexander Technique I will help you reduce and eliminate the likelihood of muscular fatigue, backache, stress fractures, shin splints, joint soreness and cartilage damage.

These simple-to-apply techniques will therefore also prevent the consequent lack of motivation and challenge to self-esteem that result from loss of fitness due to injury. 

You will gain an increased awareness of posture, weight transfer and, the use of your core muscles to support the structure, thereby enabling the release of habitual, extraneous tension.

3-5 sessions will normally be adequate.
